Who is This Course Intended For?

This course is meant for those who are on ramping or current Worship Team Members. Our hope is that the values presented in this course will create or strengthen a solid foundation for Gathered Worship Teams.


While this course is not exclusively for Worship Team Members, its focus is on those who are actively pursuing or involved in Worship Teams. The Values presented in this course are meant to help create a framework that will help Worship Teams without dictating the practical realities and unique expressions of various Worship Teams. At the same time, these Values can help congregations grow in Gathered Worship.


The ultimate Goal of this course is to help us all give more honor and glory to GOD.

What can you expect to learn?

We will focus our attention on what we call the “6 High Level Values of Gathered Worship Teams”. Each value is unique and yet interwoven. These values are a framework or a lens that we hope can be at the core of a Worship Team. When kept before us, these Values help inform decisions and spread a culture that is committed to pure, loving, integrated, and kingdom-minded worship of our King.

You’ll learn foundational principles from the importance of cultivating a heart of worship, the fact that our role as a Worship Team is one of serving, to the importance of how our whole congregations are to actively participate in worshiping and following the LORD.

How much time can the student estimate investing? 

About 20-30 minutes per session investment and only more if desired.
